Tracking Information will be emailed directly to you via the courier. If you miss a delivery it can be rearranged directly with the relevant courier.
Returns
Our ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’ (which comes with every Castle Arts product), allows you to buy in complete confidence. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of your purchase, our unrivalled Satisfaction Guarantee means we will provide you with a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund - the choice is yours!
Furthermore, we make our ‘Returns & Refunds’ process as hassle-free as possible. In most cases there is no requirement to return faulty or damaged goods to us, however you may be asked to provide us with photographs to help us investigate and improve our quality measures.
Replacements are dispatched within 24hrs at no additional cost to you. There may be a small surcharge if you request goods to be shipped to an address that differs from the original order.

Every Castle Arts product comes with this Guarantee, however please note that this is at the Company’s sole discretion. If it becomes evident that any customer seeks to take advantage of the spirit in which this offer is extended, we will require goods to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase before any refund or replacement is extended.
Returns for reasons other than products damaged by third-party shipping with provided proof, or incorrect products received due to third-party shipping faults, will require the customer to cover the return shipping cost and a restocking fee.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected, and the return process typically takes a few business days to complete. We're here to assist you every step of the way!
