All orders will be carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Orders received prior to 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day* unless the order is placed on a Friday when it will be processed and dispatched on the first working day following the weekend (usually the Monday, except when we are all enjoying a long Bank Holiday weekend).
To ensure you have the best shopping experience with us, we only offer Tracked delivery services. We partner with experienced professionals;
- Royal Mail (Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services)
- Parcel Force for all orders that exceed 2Kg.
- DPD (Next Working Day, Saturday & Sunday services)
We offer FREE Standard Delivery for all UK orders over £50 and FREE Next Working Day Delivery for orders over £85.
Tracking Information will be emailed directly to you via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD. If you miss a delivery it can be rearranged directly with the relevant courier.
Royal Mail Strike Update:
During October, November & December 2022 Royal Mail services will be affected as a result of industrial strike action. Please consider the below dates when choosing a shipping method as this will delay your delivery date.

Returns & Refunds Information:
Our ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’ (which comes with every Castle Arts product), allows you to buy in complete confidence. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of your purchase, our unrivalled Satisfaction Guarantee means we will provide you with a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund - the choice is yours!
Furthermore, we make our ‘Returns & Refunds’ process as hassle-free as possible. In most cases there is no requirement to return faulty or damaged goods to us, however you may be asked to provide us with photographs to help us investigate and improve our quality measures.
Replacements are dispatched within 24hrs at no additional cost to you. There may be a small surcharge if you request goods to be shipped to an address that differs from the original order.

Every Castle Arts product comes with this Guarantee, however please note that this is at the Company’s sole discretion. If it becomes evident that any customer seeks to take advantage of the spirit in which this offer is extended, we will require goods to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase before any refund or replacement is extended.
