So, there is an adage that you can have too much of a good thing. After this arrived I realised that I didn't possibly need 120 pencils. I could have got by with 72.
One gripe, my only gripe, is that the pencils didn't come in order, I had to search for the terracotta, which in my mind should have been with the orange pencils, but was in with the browns - maybe that makes sense to some, but not me. Having an obsessive nature I have had to turn all the pencils round to display their colour name, and will have to take out all 120 and restructure.
And - i genuinely wish I'd bought them in trays, instead of the grippy elastic as its truly a pain getting them out and back in again.
This said, they are beautiful, and the colour vibrant and delicious and i'm glad I made the decision to splash out and spoil myself.

When I initially purchased the set there was an issue but after dealing with customer services the problem was resolved fairly quickly.
The pencils themselves are of good quality and sharpen well to a point, without any breakages. I personally find them slightly harder than Faber-Castell Polychromos but equally as good results can be obtained.
Even though these are considered a budget pencil set I would definitely recommend giving these a go before buying the usual brand named pencil sets that are ludicrously overpriced and often overrated.

Ive only just started colouring so this is all new to me but my experience so far is these pencils are wonderful.
Hardly any pressure is needed, the colours are bright, vivid and full of pigment and they blend so beautifully.

The only downside i would say is the colour selection. I purchased 120 colours and i dont feel there is enough variety. Maybe i would have been better off buying the 72 pack as it looks like theres a large selection that was added to 'pack out' the order

I have just started my journey into colouring and do it as a mindful exercise. I have found these pencils to be a nice soft pencil that lay down extremely well and blend easily. Love the case they came in as it's easy to keep everything in order. The customer service, I have to say was exceptional. I ordered the item and in less than 24 hours it had been delivered. Fully tracked with great communication. I have since ordered one of the smaller sets and the large watercolour sets all in the sale at great prices. Going to save up to get the metallics. So all in all this set is great it does what it says, I'm not an artist, but think these are a great buy.

I already have large sets of two well known crayon companies but I am a bit addicted to them so when I saw on social media that the picture produced was using Castle Arts crayons I just had to have them. These are so soft and smooth and super pigmented. These are also very strong, they sharpen well and I have not had any breakages.
The colour range is a amazing with 120 shades so there are so many to choose from and I love the extensive range of turquoise shades.
Best of all is the high quality case these pencils come in which allows you to see and get at all the colours easily. This case will also protect these pencils from any breakages ( not that I am worried about that as the leads seem really strong).

I had the old set of 120 colouring pencils that were just numbered and loved them so decided to treat myself to the new set in the case. They are so soft sharpen easily and lay down nicely would recommend and buy again.

When I initially purchased the set there was an issue but after dealing with customer services the problem was resolved fairly quickly.
The pencils themselves are of good quality and sharpen well to a point, without any breakages. I personally find them slightly harder than Faber-Castell Polychromos but equally as good results can be obtained.
Even though these are considered a budget pencil set I would definitely recommend giving these a go before buying the usual brand named pencil sets that are ludicrously overpriced and often overrated.

Ive only just started colouring so this is all new to me but my experience so far is these pencils are wonderful.
Hardly any pressure is needed, the colours are bright, vivid and full of pigment and they blend so beautifully.

The only downside i would say is the colour selection. I purchased 120 colours and i dont feel there is enough variety. Maybe i would have been better off buying the 72 pack as it looks like theres a large selection that was added to 'pack out' the order

Best set of pencils I've owned. Truly a treat to get out. The kids know it's a serious project when these bad boys come out!!! :) They love flipping through to find that perfect colour. Will definitely buy again... My daughter is desperate for her own set.

Colouring really helps with my bad mental health so i thought getting some new pencils which would be more suited to adults would be great. They didn't disappoint once a few problems with cracked pencils were sorted. I just messaged customer service with pictures and their service was second to none! Very professional and helpful.
I bow use Castle Art for most of my pictures and will be getting more once I come to the end of the ones I have.

They are lovely to colour with and are nice soft pencils. There are so many colour combinations. A lovely set and would definately recommend buying them.

I would recommend this product to anybody else who loves colouring.
When the picture is finished it looks brilliant because you can blend the colours where you need to. When I need them again these will be the colouring pencils I will go to.

I bought 120 set of colouring pencils as well as set of 40 sketch pencils, both in cases. It is birthday gift for my son, who will be 11 soon and just started his drawing/ colouring adventure. As he has small sets when i spot those one i ordered them. Both look as on pictures, great price ( cheapest comparing eith other sellers), great package. Not tested yet as gift, i ordered another sets in tins for my other son, who loves collecting things. The choice of colours shades is very various.

I saw this set on Amazon. Looked at a few reviews, then went and had a look on the Castle Arts UK website to find that they were cheaper. So thought I would give them a go. I have just started my journey into colouring and do it as a mindful exercise. I have found these pencils to be a nice soft pencil that lay down extremely well and blend easily. Love the case they came in as it's easy to keep everything in order. The customer service, I have to say was exceptional. I ordered the item and in less than 24 hours it had been delivered. Fully tracked with great communication. I have since ordered one of the smaller sets and the large watercolour sets all in the sale at great prices. Going to save up to get the metallics. So all in all this set is great it does what it says, I'm not an artist, but think these are a great buy.

I already have large sets of two well known crayon companies but I am a bit addicted to them so when I saw on social media that the picture produced was using Castle Arts crayons I just had to have them. Luckily the big set came on offer so tipped me over and I bought them. I sourced a new picture and set off on a new journey. Well they are soooo nice to use. Soft but not too soft to wear away quickly. Soft enough to blend very well. Soft that depending on how hard you press down you still get brilliant coverage. Well worth my risk taking.

This is my first set of professional colouring pencils and the difference between these and the childrens colouring pencils I have been using has blown me away.
These are so soft and smooth and super pigmented. These are also very strong, they sharpen well and I have not had any breakages.
The colour range is a amazing with 120 shades so there are so many to choose from and I love the extensive range of turquoise shades.
Best of all is the high quality case these pencils come in which allows you to see and get at all the colours easily. This case will also protect these pencils from any breakages ( not that I am worried about that as the leads seem really strong).
These pencils are truly a joy to use and I have used them everyday since purchasing them. I have already purchased other sets from Castle arts.
